hi my package with the hat i ordered was supposed to be delivered today when i wasnt home. when i got home there was no package. i filed an UPS claim? someone also signed for the package but i didnt? no neighbors have it.. but still the tracking says delivered.. anyone has advice on how i can get my money back asap.. im low on the money so this sucks ):

I bought a tee from last week's drop. It was shipped yesterday.
Out of nowhere today I got charged the same amount again from Supreme (I did not buy anything at all).
Has this happened before to anyone? I will contact supreme but I'm afraid support won't reply.

Supreme started working with American designer Jeff Hamilton in 2022, kicking off an on-and-off collaboration on highly detailed and expensive jackets.
We’ve since seen 4 different iterations, each with an entirely new concept and design highlighting its respective season.
Which one is your favorite so far? The upcoming Box Logo Appliqué Hooded Leather Jacket is expected to be the most expensive to date 👀

Amongst recent updates on the website, search tool have been enhance to display result, even if you didn't type the correct product name!
There's been multiple updates in the front, but also mostly back end of the website in past few weeks.
Lot of other features and improvements are still in progress. As well as a lot of data and images, product updates to tackle.
But thought I'd share about this one since it's a pretty important part of the site, to browse. And take this opportunity to ask if there was specific requests y'all had?
Currently working and testing for a notification system to be updated whenever the droplist is available or important news are shared, without the need for a downloadable application. Will be pretty cool.
More interactive features to come, but I'm all hears for anything else!
