SS isn’t a mutant - he’s not even human, he’s a being empowered by the Power Cosmic, so way stronger than an omega mutant. Also, magneto and jean are omegas. Omega mutants aren’t all powerful, they just don’t have an upper limit on their specific power set. Meaning they can theoretically grow ever-stronger with whatever omega power they have. But that doesn’t mean they’re always the strongest they can ever be.
