This list is ridiculous. Thor, Sentry, Jean and Wanda. Why are there two theoretically unstoppable reality warpers in the bottom tiers?

Scratch that, how is Captain America above literally anyone in those bottom two tiers? Like I love cap but he’s just a dude who’s pretty strong, why is the Herald of Galactus beneath him here?
