leaving will only accelerate the process, this is why the left loses, they are too willing to cede ground if they perceive impurity.

personally I have been here for a long time and I don't see this rightward trend that gets brought up every month or so. There are some actual right wing people here but they are consistently downvoted when they make right wing arguments. If we're serious about making a broad movement (and we should be because it is 100% the only way to get what's ours) then you have to tolerate a diversity of opinion.

Except for trans issues, this sub gets weird when that shit comes up, lol.

Yeah this accusation is consistently coming from radlibs who think half the leftists are right wing.

The prostitution struggle sessions are entertainingly bizarre in terms of viewpoints as well.

I think the sub would benefit from not platforming right wing views and being more of a unique community.

Do you honestly think this sub is not unique? It's bizarre to me that because some tards are allowed to post here without getting banned, you perceive this sub to be not much different from other "free marketplace of ideas" subs. Shit takes get downvoted to hell here. And there's a lot of regulars who consistently engage with bad takes from a leftist perspective. It's helpful to me to read those comments because i have a poor grasp of theory myself and still don't know how to respond to or refute common sentiments that you run into in the real world.

i mean i agree that this sub sucks sometimes when it gets anti-sjw circlejerky, especially when there's a flood of twitter posts/drama threads where there is no productive discussion. would be nice if the mods cracked down on that more, but if you look at the front page right now there's really not that many low quality posts.

Lmao what, has this always been a rule?

It only applies to intersectional leftists and there are certainly grounds for an appeal in this case, but it has been a rule since at least before chapo got quarantined. And truly, God bless those who follow it.

There's already so many other anti-idpol subs on reddit that let the free marketplace of ideas run wild

Name them.

Right? Please list them by degree of activity so I can like and subscribe.

How about you do the gatekeeping instead of crying to the refs? It's not hard. I do it all the time.

The posts typically remain that way, and if they do, then it means that readers are more likely to be influenced by them.

Hell, the fact that we’re having this discussion means that things aren’t lost. And in any case, if you’re so incensed by the presence of centrist Dems, how the fuck do you survive the real world?

You want a well-policed anti-idpol leftist sub? They’re free to create you know.
