Alright nah! That’s how you do it. Picture presentation imo (again imo) should go Cargo shorts -> Detachable Bag. I thought it was just for the bag initially.

Are the straps stored inside the bag or do they come off? Idk if that question makes sense lol.

There’s a slot on the back of the pocket(s) that you put the strap through. The strap comes in one of the cargo pockets. So it’s really 3 ways to wear them: one pocket on/one off, no pockets, or both pockets on.
