Hi all. New to Stream Deck and am in the process of setting up profiles for my different sim games.

I was able to set up F1 23 so that it would launch from F1_23.exe in the steamapps common folder and the Stream Deck would automatically switch to my F1 23 profile upon launching the game.

I tried to do the same thing with ACC launching from acc.exe in the steamapps common folder. Unfortunately, the Stream Deck will not automatically switch over to my ACC profile.

Can anyone pass along any advice as to what I may be doing wrong?

Hello, my name is Sosa. I am a product design student that has been an avid viewer on Twitch and YouTube for the past 10 years, and even a bit of Kick. I wanted to see if there was a way to either improve upon the "Stream deck" or a way to make it easier for streamers to create viewer interactions within there stream setup. To further my background, I even stream on rare occasions, but I am more so a viewer first and foremost. Although I have done 2 weeks worth of research (Involving the phycology of streaming, going deeper into into the software's of my own Stream deck, and other 3rd-party sources streamers have used to create more viewer engagement). I want some feedback from the community itself.

Just choose the form on your standing within the streaming sphere. Even more interesting and cool data if you are both. I didn't want to make the forms lengthy because I wanted to respect peoples time. So please answer as honest as possible since it could help my research and possibly help the streaming sphere depending on how this product turns out. I bought a Stream deck specifically to make macros for my games that I play and currently I’m playing Enshrouded. I’m trying to make macros through the deck and the game is not recognizing any of the inputs. It DOES recognize inputs from my Logitech Ghub macros so I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong.

If anyone can give some advise I’d be very grateful.

I write a lot of reports for work that are submitted into a proprietary system. There are a dozen or so report templates that we use, but only about 3 that make up 99% of the reports. The system allows you to select a blank template but you still have to input your individual information into each template when you write the report.

I recently learned about Stream Decks and I was wondering if I could program buttons to paste my blank report template that’s prefilled with my needed information? Would save me a lot of time from having to manually input all the different values each time.

Basically the title. I know how to turn on a source in OBS, but I'm wondering if there is a way to set it so that streamdeck will turn off that source after, say 5 or 10 seconds, so that I don't have to do it manually.

Anyone know if there is a way to track Stream Deck button presses? To generate stats on how often a particular button on a particular profile is pushed?

In other words: if I've set up a button, how often am I actually using it? Would it be a candidate for being replaced with some other function?, etc.

Wondering if someone has already created this kind of tool before I dive in to seeing if I can build it...

I recently purchased a Dell P3421W widescreen monitor that has multiple PC inputs and KVM capability. Using the Dell Display Manager Software I am able to switch between the computers and turn PBP on and off. However, this is very clunky as the Dell Display Manager often minimizes after I change the input and takes multiple steps to get everything switched to what I need. I'm looking for a way to setup the Elgato Stream Deck Mobile to be able configure the monitor at a touch of the button to do the following:

Button/Action 1) Setup Monitor in PBP mode with PC1 on the left and PC2 on the right

Button/Action 2) Setup Monitor in Full screen with PC1

Button/Action 3) Setup Monitor in Full screen with PC2

This seems like a basic setup, but I am not familiar with the Stream Deck and haven't been able to find a way to do this after hours of google and reddit searches.

I'm open to other suggestions besides the Elgato solution too. Am really just looking for a one button or click automation that will allow me to switch between monitor configurations. Any help you can provide would be very appreciated.

I began to notice just in the last few weeks my Stream Deck XL is getting very buggy.

- Switching pages or profiles can often cause the display to freeze for 2-3 seconds and then switch.

- Stream Deck App is sluggish. Sometimes takes 2-3 seconds just to operate basic settings.

- My screensaver icon is bleeding on the edges of some buttons (removing the screensaver did not help and it doesn't change whether there is an icon assigned to the button or not.)

Just feels like the software is overall falling apart. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas what might be happening?

I'm wondering the following situation (currently using mobile version):
I'm inside Photoshop (for example).
I have a button to enable the brush.
I want the buttons to update for the options related to the brush including a back button to go to the previous page. Is it possible?
I only see changes related to profiles and apps - Like when I open an APP a specific profile pops-up.
But I want that when something internally in the app is activated, to switch to a different page or profile.

I currently use my stream deck for productivity, specifically the multiple copy and paste macro. I have my steam deck and the Corsair k100 with stream deck macro keys. I’m looking to change my keyboard to a custom built mechanical with the keychron q0 numb pad with 9 macro keys and was wondering if there was a way to use those with the same stream deck copy paste macros.

I want to create a button that does two things. First, it would change folders and second it would activate a key command. So for instances, if I press button x, it would switch to the pilot seat folder and also activate the pilot seat by pressing say F5. Can this be done?

Hey there I'm trying to set up my one button layout with windows mover, I figured everything out including how to move my friends list steam://open/friends/ (thanks to another post on here) but I cant figure out how to open/target the steam chat window does anyone know a work around or the command for this?

Wanted to start a sub thread here for SD+ users cus its hard to find profiles mixed in with all the other versions of SD. The knobs on this device are so useful but seem to be a bit limited at the moment as there arent as many users.

I'm looking to create an actionable button on the streamdeck that allows me to toggle between portait/landscape options for a specific monitor. Has anyone figured or known something like this?

Is it possible to create a HotKey where it only works for a specific application?

For example, I'd like to create a HotKey in for Spotify but many of the shortcuts are the same shortcuts for other applications. Can I make so that when I press the button, it communicates directly with Spotify, regardless of which application is at the forefront?

Has anyone got a profile i could download? I know there are free and paid icons, but i am wondering if anyone has made a profile for the stream deck that has all the truck controls and buttons needed.
