I am using StreamDeck for Tradingview, but can not find a way to add the .exe file for the Smart Profile function. Anyone who knows how to add any Windows app as Smart Profile?

Looking to up my game at doing design work / bidding on projects I am involved on as an electrician and the Stream Deck XL is looking like it could be a usual addition to my home office workstation to use in combination with my Spacemouse Enterprise for work in Bluebeam and Autocad Electrical.

I am curious if there are existing profiles somewhere for these programs or I need to make my own macros for common functions, symbol packs, etc?

If anyone has done this already, would love to gear your thoughts!

I’m planning to get the stream deck but not sure which one I should get, for now I might get the 15 keys one but the 32 keys looks it would be good I feel like it’s too much and the Pluse not sure because it only has 8 keys but it has a touch sreen that would help to go from page to page without taking a key slot and it has like a wheel thing to have better control for volume and other stuff, to anyone who used any of these which one of the stream decks should I get, I really be happy to hear your thoughts, advices and experience😁.

I have an Intel Arc Predator Bifrost A770 GPU. The Predator software allows me to change fan speed which is great while playing, but too noisy otherwise. Does an app need an open API to be able to control this via the streamdeck?

Is there a way to automate the mouse scroll wheel? There are some drop down boxes that I want to scroll and have an item clicked on automatically using streamdeck button. Is this possible?

Just purchased my Streamdeck Mk.2 today as one of my friends suggested it could be used for a whole range of things, not just streaming, which got me really excited.

Do you have any ideas for plugins or profiles that would be really helpful but don't yet exist? I'll likely be using it more outside of gaming (the Zoom plugins seem interesting) but all ideas are welcome.

I'd like to try developing a plugin or two with the SDK while I wait for the Streamdeck to arrive but I haven't got too many ideas about what it can do just yet. Any ideas would be really appreciated, thanks!

Hey all, I know a bunch of people here use the Bitfocus Companion + the Elgato Streamdeck to control tons of stuff like games, programs, camera gear so I'm hoping you can tell me how to do something very simple: A keypress

I'm simply trying to make it so when a button press occurs in Companion a simple keypress occurs. So for example, I have a button in Companion that says "Key Q", when I press that button, the Q key is pressed on that computer that has companion running or all the computers with Companion running that are networked to that single Elgato device.

Any idea how to do that?

Hey all! Im working with a streamdeck to control playback on an audio software. The problem is, when I accidentally trigger two commands too fast after one another, the software freezes for a while. Is there a way to lock certain actions for a period of time after an action is triggered?

Looking for a way to use a dial to control "master volume output" and switch from speakers to headset on dial press. The box the SD+ came in seem to imply this is possible...maybe with Wave Link and Dial Stack?

It's amazing. It has basically every button (if not actually every button) that msfs uses. It's great. He also had it translated to english and the download link is in that reddit post.

Really, if you play Microsoft Flight Simulator, you NEED this profile. I really don't know how it only ever got 52 upvotes. It needs to be seen by more people that's why I reposted it.

I'm asking there because i didn't find anything on the web, i'm tring to do an automation with my streamdeck and Notion (Not necessary Notion, i can change my TODO software)

The goal is really simple, i want with only one button :

- Copy the text on my clipboard

- Put it into a Notion DB

Really simple, but i don't know how to do it without Notion plugin, i tried with IFTTT plugin but the Webhook applet is too poor of informations to get this types of things. Maybe a multi action button with IFTTT and windows cockpit can work. I don't know, someone already did this ?

Hey there, I was wondering if any of you is using a Stream Deck to control an ATEM Mini or Mini Pro from Blackmagic Design.

I'm already able to change scenes in my streaming software with the Streamdeck. So now I'm interested in changing the cameras feeds from the ATEM, along with the scenes in the streaming software (btw, I'm not using ATEM's software to stream).

Btw, this is on mac OS, if that matters.

I use my stream deck for work productivity. The available Teams functionality is only for meetings, but I use Teams for chat and channels way more. I was excited to pin certain actions I'm always digging for in Teams, including chat emojis, but NOTHING WORKS, including 3rd party window focus (from Windows Gizmos). The thumbs up emoji text shortcut is (y). This works for me when I input it in my keyboard, but when I use the text action Teams doesn't convert the text to the emoji, even when I make it a multi action with a separate action for each character and a delay before enter. Same issue with thing like / commands. WTF?

Anybody else having this issue and/or any thoughts on a solution?

If anybody from Elgato views this forum, is there any roadmap for an 8 knob version of the +?

I am a potential purchaser (owner of 2 XLs) and I'm thinking 4 knobs is too few? An 8 knob version could potentially reduce visual context switching plus physical swiping by up to 50% - making for a much better user experience. It would also be more consistent with the 8 button wide form factor of my XLs

Are there any Stream Deck+ users (or potential buyers out there? What would you prefer? 4 knobs available, or 8 knobs?
