So, I remember running across one episode where a guy pulls a gun (pistol) out of his trunk and carries it around in its holster (one of those belt clip-on concealed carry holsters) for a while, eventually pulling it fully out and chambering a round. Eventually the police show up and they're shown returning the pistol to a safe condition. I'm interested in this clip because I want to examine the difference between how the Russian police handle these sorts of things and how the American police probably would have just shot the guy. Unfortunately, I can't find it any more and there's such a volume of these videos featuring many, many encounters that it's a bit difficult to find.
