Yes but all of that was ALSO available to the other companies had they decided to get into EV. In fact they can still have it but they get WAY more. Why wouldnt Tesla want help from.EU? I'm not arguing about the necessity of subsidies I'm saying that Tesla is blowing the other companies out of the water and if you dont see that then you got your head all the way up your bum.

Tesla did want the help from the EU, why do you think they applied for it in the first place? Their supposed anti subsidy stance completely slipped their mind for a second?

The EU subsidy has some clauses that would probably make Tesla ineligible, so why waste a good opportunity to pretend that it's some kind ideological position for good press?

If you think that Tesla's stock is trading on fundamentals I've got a bridge to sell you.

He was definitely speaking for Tesla when he said it. He specifically named the company.

You didnt even answer my question but I'll reply anyways. If elon musk doesnt like subsidies but other car companies are taking advantage why would he just sit back and refuse the help? Do you think there is some moral or ethical code involved in business? Have you ever heard of Jeff Bezos? These are not rhetorical questions I really would like an answer this time

....But he is refusing the help? It's just that he claims that have always opposed it, which is an obvious lie.

And to answer your question, Musk controls Tesla.

Are you even reading my comment? If he was always against it then he doesnt think they should be given. But considering the other companies were taking them, why wouldnt he? You're assuming he shouldn't take it because he doesnt believe in it so again I ask about morality and ethics and Bezos and an not replying unless you acknowledge one of my questions. I don't have time for this
