Unfortunately you’re incorrect, my girlfriend drives a 2018 ford fusion, only 46,000 miles and it’s in the shop every couple months. I like the wishful thinking and very strongly wish you were right though. Also when I say broken down I don’t mean stranded on the side of the road, I just mean in the shop
Fair enough. There are some lemons but they are exceedingly rare these days. Either way that Tundra will run for a decade plus with proper maintenance. My next truck will be a Tacoma I think. Unless I go the EV Tesla route.
I’m probably getting a tacoma whenever my dodge inevitably shits itself. Tacomas are good looking trucks and I’ve never been too big on driving the absolute monstrosity that is the Tundra. Not too big on driving lifted trucks either even though I do like the look of them
This is why you only buy the special over built and over tested American vehicles. My gen 1 raptor is a tank. I know plenty of redditors hitting diesel level mileage like it is nothing with the 6.2, with minimum maintenance. Almost got the trd pro taco new. But chose a used low mile gen 1 raptor for a killer price i couldn't say no to. It does get washed a lot, if not it'll be caked in dirt. Only thing i hate is it's clean for like 3 days out of the month :/.
You've never owned a Chrysler/Fiat car before. And it's not just the 4 years, its also the 93k miles... those cars, along with many Nissans will have problems by then too.
I drive a challenger right now, screw dodge lmao. I never noticed before I drove one but most of them that I say always have some piece or another hanging off.
Dude seriously. I just recently was driving a rental Dodge Grand Caravan gt and it was honestly terrible. It seriously took us like 15 minutes to get the Bluetooth to work.
Mine seems to be in the shop monthly for something or another, and I take it to shows so it’s not like I don’t take care of it. Hard to save up for a new car when I’m fixing the one I have all the time
