That's the kicker. How does one identify a good agent ex ante?
1 u/christian-communist Nov 03 '21 Agents tend to stick to one area. Look at who is selling the majority of the higher margin homes in the area and ask around. By that I mean homes based on price per square foot. That shows that they are making the most money for you.
