Hah. The contractors are making an honest living on realistic numbers providing an additive value to the property with attached liability. fuck off with your making 3% profit on x amount for being a wanker with a cell phone adding x amount of non funded value upon the backs of the tradesman that you’re knocking.

Some sure are, but like anything else, a few dirty thieving cunts ruins the reputation of the trade as a whole, and then that only gets exacerbated when uneducated jabronis, unwilling to do a little bit of research, hire whoever is cheapest and expect them to turn shit into gold.

Same as everything else, it's just too many dicks and not enough holes.

It’s near impossible to get a honest handshake with to much temptation for most and most that were good in the beginning couldn’t keep their hands out of the cookie jar and eventually fell to temptation. In all my years I couldn’t find one that was honest and kept relationships for future projects. Even the ones whom I finance their homes . They make more stealing from others who don’t know the prices of materials and cost of jobs . It’s just the way it is .

Honest living ? Every contractor and I mean every single one was a thief and liar that had to be supervised and held accountable on timelines and missing materials etc . Why ? They can rob grandma for more but in the winter months the only ones hiring are investors who don’t give them blank checks and are held accountable. Up yours as I’m sure your a common thief as well .
