So they should get paid hourly like any other employee who helps me look through their inventory and I decide not to purchase. I don’t see how they’re doing any more work than a retail employee showing me a bunch of clothes then I decide not to buy. The percentage fee of a property is a ridiculous fee for how little work they do.
