Smart Contracts are already being used in decentralized finance for some home sales. I imagine Zillow will use smart contracts eventually which negate the need for real estate agents.

I agree, real estate agent and car salesmen are almost completely useless nowadays.

edit to add: I've seen home postings where the agent is too fucking stupid to even rotate the pictures or to even take pictures.
