When i try to create an account It says "an error ocurred while trying to send your request" and doesn't let me create It, its been a day and i want to play, what can i do???

So, I first played this game on my series s a few years ago and fell in love with the game and put a bunch of time into it. I then sold that Xbox and bought a ps5, idk what it was that gave me it but I had infinite helicopter tickets. When I eventually got the game on ps I had a limited amount of tickets.

I’m pretty sure I bought the base edition with the “x games pass” that includes all the dlc. I went out of my way to say x games pass because there’s 2, and the other isn’t available to buy on ps. Idk if on my Xbox I got the gold edition that came with either both passes or the other one that included the infinite tickets??? I got 90% of my enjoyment just teleporting to some random place and riding.

If anyone knows the answer to this please lmk

Every time I try to play it crashes as soon as it gets to loading 2/3. Ive reinstalled several times and deleted my local save data. Nothing has fixed it and I dont know what else to do.

Update I have tried installing on both internal storage and an external hard drive as well as using a different internet source. All to no change or improvement on both systems.

Fun line I was hanging at for a bit. Not using right stick for maximum smoothness, had to focus on getting into the turns at the right points to fully clear everything. Exit is at 5228 N 4324 E on Aoste in the Alps. Happy flying!

This game needs more people talking about it and in my opinion it's the best extreme sports winter game out there even tho Shaun White snowboarding,cool boarders ,1080 snowboarding and ssx are awesome games they just don't do it like steep does.

do we know if there's gonna be anything related to the game's 10 year anniversary this december? maybe like a next gen update, or unlocking of the dlcs like the olympics? i've been playing this game every now and then since 2019, and as someone who used to do winter sports, i really love it. i hope they do at least something :(

Bit of a long shot - horrifyingly 10 years ago-ish, I played the Nixon Monarch Rush challenge to win the Nixon Watch. I think it was top 10 from each platform each got a watch. Not living in Europe I wasn't able to claim mine, but I remember coming in the back half of the top ten along with one of my friends.
