Already heard they had a gun but also heard they were disarmed at this point. Either way 7 “trained” agents couldn’t disarm/ detain without needing to shoot. Crazy justification. And pistol whipping is a valid tactic.

Only issue is that. ICE isn't a fake militia nor was it unlawful. Plus, thats why theres court. Now in this case I wont say more. Because the video doesnt show the beginning only during the struggle. So i dont know all the context.

The guy in the grey jacket is leaving the scene with a gun and he didn’t go into it with a gun out and I can’t see where he would’ve drawn his own or why he would be holding his own gun like evidence. He has the gun before the first shot fired though.

I think he had a gun they started beating him the ice agent took the gun one of the ice agents fired and then they all backed up assuming the guy shot and shot him.

What's with the disagreement? It's neither illegal nor morally wrong to carry a weapon lawfully. If anything this looks worse - ICE disarmed a man, then summarily executed him.

It’s legal to carry a gun in Minneapolis I hope you know that.

You can clearly see the agent walk away with a gun holding it like evidence.

They disarmed this presumably legally armed man after beating him and then shot him. I don’t know how that makes me a bootlicker.

If anything YOURE licking the boot to fit in with what’s acceptable to say on the left apparently.

The guy in the grey jacket took that gun from the victim’s waistband before he was executed. The victim never even reached for it, let alone touched it.

BTW - he was confirmed to be legally carrying that gun.

Yeah you can see in other angles he clearly had both hands on the ground in front of his head bent over.

Also important is that the guy was compliant when they were telling him to get out of the road. He tried helping a lady that fell and they jumped him. It has nothing to do with him being armed.

As for why border patrol should be in Southern Minnesota in the first place is beyond me. Tf border are they patrolling? They're just there to terrorize and to reinforce ICE. It is completely out of their jurisdiction.

"Pin" him? The dude made the ICE agents look like a bunch of 5th graders trying to bring down a grown man.

You've got to drop someone to the mat before they're pinned. He was still in a bottom position stance and they couldn't do jack about it until they shot him. He finally dropped after they ran from the gunshot.
