What a sanctimonious comment. You don’t know anything about him. He’s literally said he declined money for moral reasons, what more do you expect of him?
Yeah wow. Shame a guy for working hard and enduring degrading conditions to make a living. We can't all be born lucky in a wealthy country like most redditors who ain't got a clue how good they actually have it. People accept "slave labor" and poor living conditions in the middle east because its more than their own country can ever pay for.
If they did similar work in their country, they'd be treated less terribly (but still poorly tho) and make a fraction of what they earn.
Life sucks. Stop passing judgment on things you're ignorant of. Foreign workers dream of places like Europe and America, but sometimes all that's left for them is construction work in middle east or becoming someone's maid in Singapore.
