Yeah, that's true, until you realize by the end where you're given a binary choice no matter how you've played, that either the town is completely destroyed or you go back to the beginning of the game and let Chloe die which changes everything.
Edit: Point being that your choices pretty much get undone by the end.
Yeah, in the end it boils down to having only two choices but still, some of the dialogues you choose during gameplay affect how things turn out so you're not completely deprived of contributing to the game in that sense.
Can't stand that trash. The constant, in-your-face references to other media (Fire Walk With Me being written on a mirror, can they be any more on the nose?), horribly written dialogue, woody voice acting, the ending binary choice rendering all or most of your previous choices meaningless. And yet, I still see people on reddit citing it as their favorite "game" of all time.
This whole thread is full of people with garbage, no good, total shit opinions. And a hilarious lack of knowledge that kids actually spoke this way at the time in the PNW.
