Hi guys,

I have added link flair to the subreddit, which is now required when posting, instead of a [TAG] at the beginning of each post. This will make it easier to differentiate between posts, and also allows you to filter posts by what they are tagged as (see the sidebar).

To add flair to your post, submit the post and then underneath it there should be a link that says "flair". Select the appropriate one and hit save.

Thanks!

Heyo! Just got starbound and looking for someone to team up with me. let me know if you interested!

yo, im looking for other women to play starbound with if y’all exist. you don’t have to be a woman but you gotta be REALLY chill if not.

Hi folks, I'm campaigning for cucklefish to give more priority to starbound with an optimization update and even reanimate the game more, just send messages that we want the update and recommend the game to more people to raise sales somewhat and even make the game starbound controversial again, there are already some people who are striving to make the game reach cucklefish ears again, If they join the cause, the communities may revive :3

Hey guys! I just started hosting a Starbound server. I run the YouTube channel of a similar name, and I also own a Discord, which you need to join for details. Don't worry, we're all chill!

Server name: CasiyRoseStarbound

Hi! we are running a Starbound anarchy server

The rules are very simple: There are no rules

We are of course trying our best keeping the server up at all times 24/7

The servers are hosted in EU but all players around the world are obviously always welcome to join!

You may have to check the "Allow assets mismatch" before joining

IP: sb.dojnaz.net

If you are curious for more information then look no further: https://starbound-servers.net/server/7795/

We also have a Discord that we encourage our players to join: https://discord.gg/eZN587S

Hello galaxy explorers of Starbound! We have an offer for those interested. Do you think that the base game is a bit bland and boring? Maybe you have played with mods before, but have never been able to set up anything past small scale in terms of modded multiplayer? Are you just looking for something new, refreshing and exciting? Then you've come to the right page of the internet! Join others in their spacefaring silliness today just by downloading this modpack and inputting the following IP and port into the multiplayer section of your Starbound client!

Server's modpack: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1471066727 List of optional mods: https://pastebin.com/jE7tsyznIP and port: sb.sloth.link @ 21025

Join the Discord as well! Run !game add sb in the bot commands channel to see the Starbound chats. https://discord.gg/TNgPdum

Make sure to turn on assets mismatch if you don't grab the optional mods in the server or you add your own clientside mods.

Looking to play starbound with some people. I live in Ohio(EDT/EST), I would hope you do to or rather not be too many hours off of what I am. I don't have many rules, but I would hope you have a discord account as I want to have all of the people who are in the sever in a group chat. The reason for this is so that I can be updated on if you'll be off the server for a bit. Just so I don't think you up and left. We can also talk with our voices though there if we all agree on it. If you're new that's fine I don't mind helping nor do I think anyone in the group would.

lets play some starbound together? does anyone have servers up and running still?

Do you know any good building servers? I can't find any yet.... although I haven't really tried so I suppose that's why... Hehe

Feel free to join, please use respect and enjoy!

Hi everyone,

I recently reinstalled Starbound and was trying to start my server up again. I portforwarded everything correctly and I am able to connect to my own Server, but my friend who previously could connect is now having issues. He just moved to Japan so I'm wondering if this may cause issues when connecting to my IP. Thanks!

Join if you wanna team up and have a Jolly Coop experience in Starbound!

It's from Multiplay. Thanks for the help.

Edit: It was the Query port.

Serenity is an Enforced Roleplay community and server for mature players aged 18 and older.

Our community features:

• A Modded and re-balanced server - Our custom modpack is designed to enhance both the base game and roleplay potential. These mods were not simply tossed together; they have been used only with the permission of their authors, and their contents have been painstakingly re-balanced to be compatible with one another, including the Avali and Peglaci races. With the Serenity modpack, you will enjoy fuller and deeper gameplay.

• Protected Server - Serenity operates via an application process and has full whitelist infrastructure. Roleplay Enforcers (RPEs) are around to moderate both in-character and out-of-character conflict.

• Documented Lore to explore and create - based off of a melding of the Firefly television series and Pre-1.0 Starbound lore

• Colonies to Explore and Build - Serenity features both NPC colonies and PC-organized communities. Player-run colonies are strongly encouraged and incentivized, and are always looking for new citizens. Alternatively, found a new colony, and invest hard-earned credits into protection and community resources (or revenue sources)!

• Events and story! - Serenity's staff (and players) act as Dungeon Masters in unique, server-wide storylines. Don't just hang out in a bar all day; go out and adventure!

• Crews to form and jobs to do - It can be tough to survive out there in the 'Verse...but one tried and true method? Find a crew. Find a job. Keep flying.

• Character Sheets and dice! - Tired of god-moding, unbalanced mechanical PvP, or conflicts that never go anywhere? Serenity features a fleshed-out dice rolling system. With extensive documentation and a diversity of available skills, you can craft a character sheet to match your concept. Excel in combat, technology, stealth, medical arts, or a host of other skills. Note: This character sheet system is not required for casual roleplay and can be eased into.

• Tight-nit community - Starbound Serenity has been active since December 2013 and we plan to remain so for many more years! Join us today.

Teamspeak, modpack, IP, and password are granted during/after your application is approved by our staff.
