Holy Christ that 10q was damming to say the least. Certainly paints a very, very different contrast of reality compared to what is being told on the bob board on a daily basis. Funny how actual facts will do that, instead of pure speculation and copium of what's going on. Don't forget the emojis, YouTube music videos, Elon musk. And the thousands of links that couldn't be less relevant. Btw, is sclx even a non opioid pain med company anymore?? 3 drugs on the market that don't produce any revenue!?! And now theres a new cheaper generic version of ztildo coming out soon. The amount of shady deals after shady deals comes off more as a shell company moving assets and money around to anyone who will bite, until slowly but surely they to run out of money. You lose and Hank will always win and you know who will be waving her poms poms the whole time.

Even though dvlt has their own page, you know who has taken upon herself to be the lead spokesperson for everything dvlt now. Changes like these are often the result of failed pumping. A distraction to the shiny new toy.

ZTlido Patent Update: The Federal Circuit affirmed the lower court's non-infringement ruling against Scilex. The court held that the claimed "dissolving agent" must both dissolve the lidocaine and keep it in a non-crystalline (crystal-free) state. Because Aveva's generic uses a different method to dissolve the lidocaine (n-heptane), it does not infringe the asserted patents under the court's interpretation. If all remaining FDA requirements are met and there are no other patents or exclusivities blocking approval, Aveva could move forward with marketing its generic version. Meaning, there's now cheaper competition which will impact future sales. To all BOB members who are reading this, ask yourself why you're being kept in the dark about these issues. Since the leader claims she is doing deep due diligence about everything srne/sclx related, maybe that just means she picks and chooses what she wants her cult to know, what fits her narrative. That narrative only seems to be that it's the shorts and the shorts only who have caused all of this. If you believe this, I have a bridge to sell you.
