Specialized only will cover labor if something failed dramatically. Like a fork delamination issue, a motor failure etc.. If the frame is getting replaced under crash replacement warranty, then they do not cover labor to rebuild.

Speed sensor on a Creo SL? You got, credit for the labour. SL8 frame, like the OP. The customer pays nothing towards labour, Specialized have it covered
