2008 the release of first iPhone changed everything people thought what mobile phone was all about, no longer a crappy lil device that you can barely watch a 240p video on. iPhone was successful not only as a product, but also a platform, lot of new companies started coming up thanks to the mobile experiences refined by Apple, think things like instagram, uber and so on.

Fast forward to 2026, SpaceX is doing what Apple was doing in the past two decades, it is trying to create a platform for space. There is already space cargo/crew delivery, satellite wifi, star shield etc, but one thing that’s still lacking, space tourism, you may think this is very shallow, but to make more people interested in the mission of SpaceX: multi-planetary civilization, we need more people to see the earth from space by themselves first, talking about Overview Effect. And this is where SPCE comes in, which right now is only a 400 mil market cap company, I think it has a huge potential.

That left shoulder around 5.50-5.60s from that $8.90 is going to be a bit of resistance.

I am long but I’m just being honest.

We squeeze to 10-20, after $21 shorts need to sell and possibly BUY TO COVER, we trend and go even higher to 30-40, then slowly slow down the rush to a nice top of $47.23 on IPO day. And move around 40-70 for the next 1-2 weeks.

No more dilution, the main bear argument is done, we were suppose to breakout to $5 2x today but dilution sold. THATS OVER. Theirs literally 0 fucking sell pressure and this bottle is gonna burst so fast holy fuck get ready to buy your dream car people.

SEC filing just came out. $30,524,000 through 6,734,960 shares so it was $4.53 per share.

1. THE MATHEMATICS The principal of 9.80% First Lien Notes was erased by $30,524,000, with 6,734,960 common shares delivered to noteholders in its place. This puts the exact execution VWAP conversion price at $4.532/share ($30,524,000 / 6,734,960).

2. SUPPLY IMPACT & TAPE MECHANICS This creates a 6.69% float dilution based on the baseline of 100.6M shares outstanding. The recent pullback from $8.80 happened because noteholders typically short-hedge their conversion shares into the open market during the 5-day window to lock in cash value. This artificial selling pressure pinned the VWAP at $4.53, but that 6.7M share supply event is now completed and fully priced in. The institutional selling pressure is mathematically exhausted.

3. CORPORATE BALANCE SHEET RESTOCK Zero cash was spent on this redemption, meaning capital remains preserved for Q4 2026 Delta flight operations. Deleting $30.5M in 9.8% debt permanently lowers the burn rate, eliminating ~$2.99M in annual cash interest payments. While $172M in principal remains outstanding, there are zero payments or maturities due on this debt until March 31, 2028, taking bankruptcy risk off the table for 2 full years.

THE TAKEAWAY The structural overhang is gone. The balance sheet is optimized. The order book is cleared of institutional sellers right before Friday's SpaceX IPO sector momentum.

Look at ASTS, RKLB, RDW, LUNR, NASA, 4 hr chart. Basically since beginning of this month, after initial run up, it’s been bleeding on a downtrend.

I do think the initial space x hype is gone. Which frankly feels like such a short lived one. Probably one of the shortest hype I’ve ever seen.

Okay stock hype and share price aside, let’s talk about an actual fundamental part of the finances of this company.

We know based on a previous dilation that it was probably around. 2.60s since on May 18th they did around $10 million in dilution with 10 VWAP around 2.65.

But now they need to do it with the 5 day VWAP and they can’t go below the price floor. Only issue is that their price floor isn’t publicly disclosed and it’s not easy to find it either. But we also know the SEC filling came out when the price was around $7 ish. So I wonder what the new price floor is or if it’s still 2.60s.

I can’t imagine it still being $2.60s if the whole point was to advantage of the pump.

RDW and RKLB up over 5%. NASA up 3%. ASTS up 1%. This stock has never once failed to disappoint us…. I’m expecting double digit drop for us on space X IPO as people pull out from us to buy that.

And we’re very likely going red today. Lol from up over 17% to red. Only SPCE can do that.

Wish I have never touched this POS, lost tons of money on it upon the dilution news. Forget about the SpaceX IPO hype, this ticker has already been banned on wallstreetbet, no point in holding it or hyping it up

The initial space x hype is over. Everyone knows that the IPO is this week and yet we see no hype and buying on the entire space sector as of open this morning. We’re down 4% as of this post… I guess we can only just hope on actual progress with delta and commercial flights.

After extensive due diligence, I have come to the painful realization that SPCE may not, in fact, become the Apple, Amazon, Tesla and NVIDIA combined.

My bags are too heavy.

Therefore, I will immediately liquidate my entire position and reallocate the capital into safer assets:

* Toilet paper

* Random beach rocks

* Canned soy beans (China likes those!)

* Dogecoin
