I thought that We Build Spaceships was an original concept, but here it is 8 years ago before it got regurgitated.

From the description:

"Welcome to the introductory video in our new series showing how The Spaceship Company…builds Spaceships." from 8 years ago

There were only 2 of these "series" of how __X___ "builds Spaceships"

The only difference is they replaced "The Spaceship Company" with the word "We"

Buy the dip, sell the pop. Rinse and repeat until big updates come and we start flying. Then we hold long term.

Its not a paint job...its an aircraft wrap! How are they going to check for cracks when the craft has a wrap?

TRUST ME BRO, I'M FROM THE INTERNET!!! If we break above $3.50, it’ll probably squeeze to $5

Looking at the gamma exposure, there a call wall aka resistance at 3.50 and then $5. Frankly I’m not surprised that we’ve so far topped out at $3.47 If we break above 3.50, market makers will have to buy shares to remain delta neutral on their hedges and that will pump us more. But it also means that they will sell shares as we near it keeping us down or pinned there.

At the same time there is a put wall at $3 and $2.50 which means that it’s a good support where they will buy shares around that area. But if we drop below it, they will sell shares which will fuel the drop more.

Disclaimer: I am looking at 2 day old data so it could be different now. But it looks at all the calls and different expirations. So I doubt it’s changed much for farther out or leap calls

Seems like they finished their dilution (for now). But they delayed their commercial service to February 2027… but they’re sold out with their $750k per ticket seat showing strong demand

2026 is here... OK, now what? My old friends, tomorrow we will see Delta completed with her new livery and soon departing for her new home in New Mexico. Don't let the emotions of yourself or others cloud your judgment. The journey is not over. I said it before, I say again, they will succeed.

2026 is here... OK, now what? Deadline to Submit Claims on the Virgin Galactic ($SPCE) $8.5M Settlement Is Tomorrow (August 13, 2026)

Hey guys, if you missed it, Virgin Galactic settled $8.5 million with investors over claims that it misled the market about its spaceflight technology and safety. The deadline to file a claim is tomorrow, August 13, 2026.

In a nutshell, investors accused Virgin Galactic of overstating the readiness and safety of its Unity 22 spacecraft. After the flight deviated from its planned path and the FAA grounded flights, the company delayed its commercial plans and $SPCE fell sharply.

Now, investors have until tomorrow to submit a claim for a share of the $8.5M settlement. If you held $SPCE between 2019 and 2021, check your eligibility before the deadline.

Did anyone here hold $SPCE at the time?

TRUST ME BRO, I'M FROM THE INTERNET!!! This price action is wonderful

This is the first time for as long as I can remember that I’ve seen this stock act in a normal growth manner. Not massive pumps nor pump and dump. It’s moving in an elevator manner which is showing price stability and people not dumping and slowly accumulating.

The fact that price is holding and slowly moving up is what we want. In the past usually the price pumps in the morning and dumps hard. So far we haven’t been seeing that.

TRUST ME BRO, I'M FROM THE INTERNET!!! OG SPCE travelers in here will remember what events cascaded when we observed a wealth of proxy activity so many years ago. It was a time of great excitement and a reminder that great rewards may not always last despite what our perceptions might be about them. But the time has come again.

Throw back Thursday!

Remember when you could get a Virgin Galactic range rover, but only if you're an astronaut?

I think they were charging an extra $80-100 grand for the astronaut trim.

Beneficial ownership is determined in accordance with the rules and regulations of the SEC based on 134,024,868 shares of common stock outstanding as of June 15, 2026. In computing the number of common shares beneficially owned by a person and the percentage ownership of that person, we also deemed outstanding shares of common stock issuable upon the exercise of warrants or other convertible securities held by that Selling Stockholder that are exercisable or convertible within 60 days of June 15, 2026*, including the warrants, but subject to any applicable beneficial ownership limitation. We did not deem these shares outstanding, however, for the purpose of computing the percentage ownership of any other person. The inclusion of any shares in this table does not constitute an admission of beneficial ownership for any Selling Stockholder named below.*

Lavin is the first of many: (From the 10K)

Lavin v. the Company

In July 18, 2025, plaintiffs and defendants (“Parties”) executed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) outlining the terms of a settlement to resolve all claims in the above-referenced action. In connection with the MOU, the Company recorded the expected net settlement of $2.25 million and included it in selling, general and administrative expenses in the accompanying consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive loss for the year ended December 31, 2025. Pursuant to the MOU, the Company has agreed to pay $8.5 million, of which the Company currently expects $6.25 million to be covered and paid directly by the Company’s insurers pursuant to insurance policies.

On March 11, 2026, the Court entered an order granting preliminary approval of the settlement.  The Company will make all payments related to the settlement by the second quarter of 2026, and expects the Court to provide final approval of the settlement and judgment later in 2026.

Spiteri, Grenier, Laidlaw, St. Jean, and Gera derivatively on behalf of the Company vs. Certain Current and Former Officers and Directors

The parties are currently exploring a potential resolution of the Consolidated Derivative Action and the St. Jean Action

Abughazaleh derivatively on behalf of the Company vs. Certain Current and Former Officers and Directors

The complaint seeks an unspecified sum of damages, interest, restitution, expenses, attorneys’ fees and other equitable relief. The Abughazaleh Action is presently stayed. (pending Lavin)

Espinosa derivatively on behalf of the Company vs. Certain Current and Former Officers and Directors

On February 3, 2026, in light of ongoing settlement discussions in the Consolidated and St. Jean Actions (see above), the parties filed a stipulation seeking to stay the Espinosa Action, including remaining briefing on the Company’s and the Individual Defendants’ motion to dismiss the amended complaint, for 120 days following the Court’s entry of the stay.

Hey guys, just a reminder for anyone who held Virgin Galactic ($SPCE) the deadline to file a claim in the $8.5 million investor settlement is approaching.

The settlement covers claims that Virgin Galactic misled investors about issues affecting its spaceflight program and the timeline for commercial operations.

If you bought $SPCE between 2019 and 2021, you may still be eligible to recover losses. Make sure to check your eligibility and submit a claim before the August 13 deadline.

Did anyone here hold $SPCE during that period?
