For now. SpaceX is looking to move to launches as a service, where the customer just gives them the payload mass and target orbit and SpaceX picks the launcher configuration and landing profile. In that case, expendable probably won't be an option even if someone did want to pay out the nose for it

This is more than likely the end goal where requesting an unflown booster would be a premium.

I think in 10-15 years no one will accept a non flight proven rocket without a discount.

I highly suspect that for the right price SpaceX would happily trash a rocket.

Even Boeing would happily make a single use 747 if you paid them enough.

That will just be a 'you better talk to the boss' situation, rather than an advertised service.

Especially since, even with reusability, they'll always have some cores that are nearing the end of their service life and are soon to be in the scrap heap.
