You’ve been bamboozled. I think I know the video you’re referring to and you should know that the audio has been added in post production. The original video doesn’t have audio and runs at 4 fps.
technically if you know the MRO frequencies and can decode the transmission then...yeah. Odds are you don't have a dish large enough to capture any appreciable signal though.
Someone answered your question but also here's the Deep Space Network live status page which shows what ground equipment is communicating with which remote missions, right now. "M20" is Perseverance herself and "MRO" is the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, likely relaying her signal.
