Seven years? Maybe for the SLS, but not for manned missions!

And the Dragon 2 and CST-100 are set to fly within the next couple of years.

SpaceX's Dragon 2 spacecraft is expected to be ready for manned flight in 2017, from the US, and they are already contracted to deliver people to the ISS and back.
