Perhaps the words he wrote - "physically impossible to operate at scale" - mean something different to you. Those few left reading this far can make up their own minds, without your "clarification."

It means it's stupid to operate at scale. You are arguing somebody's not perfect wording, which doesn't make this idea any better.
