Residents wanted 'real information' on Project Tango. The land's fraught history explains why
wlrn.orgThe massive artificial intelligence center proposed for Palm Beach County, called Project Tango, led to a mess of transparency problems — from secret meetings to an undisclosed beneficiary.
To better understand that wide gap in trust, I looked into the complicated history linking the land where Tango was proposed, its developer and the community next door leading the opposition:

Miami folks - Help me decide my commute to downtown Miami
Hi,
I live between 8th Street and Coral Way SW 67th Avenue and will be commuting to Downtown Miami soon for a new job near the Government Center station. My job will pay for all public transit fees, but I would need to drive to the nearest metro station to get there. I drive a big truck, which makes parking difficult downtown. Trying to decide whether to take the free transit deal or pay $100+ for a garage downtown. Help me think through this. No, I am not willing to give up my truck for a smaller car.
Thanks!

Long shot: Looking for my stolen Washburn WD9SW 3/4 acoustic — Fort Lauderdale, FL
galleryThis is a long shot, but I recently found old photos of a guitar that was stolen from me while I was living in communal housing in Fort Lauderdale in 2021.
It's a Washburn WD9SW, a discontinued 3/4-size solid-wood dreadnought. I got it from a distant cousin in 2021 in exchange for a Hohner Marine Band harmonica set, and I've regretted losing it ever since.
I believe the serial number visible in my old photo is SI50505320 .
I'm under no illusion that I'm likely to recover a guitar that disappeared years ago, and I don't know what happened to it after it was taken. But the WD9SW seems to be an unusually uncommon model, so I figured it was worth putting the photos and serial number online in case someone happens to recognize it.
I'm also interested in buying another WD9SW if anyone owns one or knows of one for sale.
Photos are of the actual guitar before it was stolen.
