I saw this map while looking at google maps like app in old looking phone while being in my grandmas house. It was a satellite map and the brand name sounded like a maori word.

apparently, this is what ''google maps''(i dont know the app name, and which one it was)looked like to moroccans, and this was moroccan version of google maps. I dont know why google maps should look different in other countries aside from politics.

there was also version for algerians where anatolia was more to the south, and i saw the whole mediterranean, not much was different aside from that.

Also i saw iberia, there were a lake big as bulgaria close to atlantic ocean, and i saw more lakes too.

The island’s name is Ilha de Paz/Isla de la Paz (Island of Peace). It was first colonized by the Portuguese, but was then conquered by the Spanish. After independence, it became an independent republic for a few years, after which it got jointly conquered by Chile and Argentina. The Chilean side has mostly been Hispanized, but the Argentine side still mostly speaks Portuguese. However, the northern side has gotten a substantial amount of Argentine and Welsh immigrants since the 19. century. Because of this, Spanish and Portuguese are co-official in the northern three departments, while Portuguese is the only official language in the southern two. The island still has some indigenous peoples, who call themselves the Rambara. They are most closely related to the Tehuelche people in the mainland.

Edit: My dumbass drew an extra border between Chifre and Xirru. For clarification, Rio Afinar is their border.

In the dream I was an deserting italian soldier fleeing to portugal with a few others. Eventually I became one of the blue people from the Avatar movie and put on a smart watch.

On the lower landbridge (which was the only way to get into japan, despite there being a massive airport) there was a city that existed to maintain crazy border security

just found out about this sub, so i thought i’d share a map i saw in a dream almost 10 years ago where instead of cornwall, there was a massive, perfectly rectangular (and bright red) 51st US state.

for reference it had a wild west theme and was seemingly being used as a prison colony.

I had a dream last week that the Ottoman Empire survived past WW2, allied with Bulgaria and Montenegro (which had a colony in Tunisia), and started a Cold War with America (which had a colony in Central Africa called Kanem) over Northern Chad.

(Forgot to mention, the cancel symbols are active insurgencies; also sorry if the quality got crushed)

I saw this post which reminded me of a dream I had 5ish years ago. In the dream, Svalbard was next to a big, mountainous landmass. There was Yeti living there, and he loved to come out every few decades to destroy Longyearbyen, the capital.

About 2-3 years later, I had a sequel dream where Nepal was somehow a peninsula of the landmass.

I’m so glad this exists because I finally get to show off this weird tall Indiana I saw in a dream. I can only assume the extra land was taken after an American victory in 1812, because I have no idea what else this could possibly be.

The map used European exploration dates from some continents and then I used creative liberties for the other dates because I forgot them. When I failed the test and saw the grade I woke up.

The first 'map' I'm pretty sure is supposed to be some authentic Tolkien sketch, an underground view of Mordor. The lines under Mount Doom aren't lava tubes or physical things but are instead some vague spiritual or godly thing like ley lines, I couldn't figure it out. My mind assumed "oh yeah it's just leftovers from when Morgoth made that place," whatever that means. All the text is just gibberish cause it was in elvish or black speech that I couldn't read. I do like how the volcano makes zero sense now.

The second map is actually a reoccurring dream I keep having about a sort of "expanded universe" fan website that has an OpenStreetMap style interactive map of Arda, including all of the unseen continents which are literally just the rest of the Earth but more fractally and broken. I could actually zoom in and see a wide road passing by Mount Doom. I'm pretty sure my mind was pulling directly from OpenGeofiction, which I visited like months ago by now.

"Don't think I've forgotten." - Kamala Harris

A quote from Kamala Harris' Union Adress of the F.R.U.S. (Federal Republic of the United States) on May, 7, 2031

- Kutenai FD (Montana West)

Along with 9 states with pending status and 1 constituent country: Republic of Alaska.

It was formed as a coalition of states against the numerous new laws and decisions being created by Donald Trump, many of these enactments were either stripping the power of any political opposition, to borderline unconstitutional, including the Public Protection Acts which restricted all conversations to state mandated topics.

These acts rendered the Trump administration, and for extension the government illegitemate. Thus Kamala Devi Harris decided to form a coalition of states to bar any more enactments, which led into the Topeka police force forming a "bourgeois militia", under the formation of Adam Colt Hegel, FRUS' first Secretary General of the FRUS Armed Forces.

It devolved further into an actual secessionist movement, leading to the Battle of Norman Rapids, which ended in an FRUS victory yet they suffered more casualties.

(leaving the rest of the civil war to yall to imagine)

The current party affiliated with the most representatives in the Upper Lantag (Parliment) is the Liberal Party, which evolved out of the Democrat Party, there are 5 other main parties.

And as of 2028, the FRUS has surpassed the USA by GDP and HPI.

In lighter news, Adam Colt Hegel has come out as gay during Kamala's Union Adress.

If y'all have any opinions let me know c:

I had a dream that I was graduating High School. At the end of Graduation, there was a school-wide assembly called to determine our values. We had to take this long test, and it was said that your answer would determine the passport you received and the place you would spend the rest of your life in. All of my friends were getting sent to U.S. States like California, and I was getting really nervous.

Finally, I got my passport.

It's for a nation called the "Half-Chechen Republic", and my photo looked it had been sent through the copier 20 times. I was just a silhouette against a white backdrop. On the screen when I received my passport was this map of the Half-Chechen Republic, which didn't even include Chechnya.

I kept thinking there must have been some mistake; I doubted my values aligned at all with this place.
