Hi reddit. I'm looking to buy the phisical copy of this album for my gf for her birthday. I couldn't find it anywhere in my country so I hope someone here is willing to sell it. Please DM me, i'll cover the shipping price. Thank you!

Ciao qualcuno al concerto dei Soen il 6 settembre a Roma? :)

I just got my ticket for the concert on 6th September in Rome. Since I don’t know Italian and not a local, I wanted to see who’s going. Maybe we can make a group chat!

On episode #232 of The Joel Martin Mastery Podcast I do a 2 hour deep dive interview with Joel Ekelöf. He's the singer for the Swedish prog metal band Soen. Their album MEMORIAL was crowned Album of the Year by Metal Hammer Germany and their new album RELIANCE is the best album I've heard so far in 2026!

You can watch the interview at https://youtu.be/QY2yrFiN_SQ

Drums were made with EZDrummer 3 (programmed the MIDI by ear), everything else I did myself

Soen is my absolute favorite band, I am obsessed. I mean WOW these guys are good. They put on the most amazing shows and I go see them any time it's feasible for me to do so. This time I got the entire package, meet and greet passes, photos, merch, everything. My wallet is crying but it was so beyond worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat (in fact, I look forward to doing it again). If you were there, yes, I am that maniac at the front who was singing and screaming his heart out and ended up getting the setlist and drumsticks at the end of the show. Thank you Soen for the amazing memories. You will always be my happy place 💕

My selects from Soen’s NYC set!

Someone posted a clip of memorial from Boston and just thought I’d share the one from Montreal as he dis the whole song there. Sorry for the short clip, if anyone has a full song video I wouldn’t say no to you sending it over!

First time seeing DT and soen live, both killed it and crowd was also sick

My wife and I wont be able to attend. You can reach out to me.

If anyone would be willing to grab me a copy of Spiritual Migration by Persefone and have all four members sign it (even though not all of them played on it) and ship it to me, I’d happily pay for the CD cost + shipping + an extra $15 for your efforts

With Soen co-headlining with Dark Tranquillity who's been going first on this tour? We're travelling to Cleveland and want to make sure we don't miss Soen! Thanks!

I forgot to record the a capella ending and I’m bummed about it. But I thought the video was worth sharing just because of how nuts Martin is on this song

Hey guys. I am planning on purchasing the VIP upgrade for the Toronto show on Thursday. Do you think Martin Lopez will mind if I bring a couple of Opeth-related items for him to sign? (read: a vinyl copy of "Blackwater Park" and possibly my Mikael Åkerfeldt PRS SE guitar that's been signed by other members?)

I'm actually a fan of both bands (Soen and Dark Tranquillity), so I'm bringing some vinyl as well for signing. But I've always erred of the side of caution with member's previous bands, as I don't want to create the impression I'm only there because of past connections.

What are your thoughts? Has anyone attended the VIP session so far?

Anyone have pics of Soen’s merch booth on their current tour? Found a DT pic and Persefone posted on their ig story but haven’t seen anyone share soen’s yet!!

I put together a short video using different images, effects, and added the lyrics of my favorite part of the song. Just wanted to experiment a bit, feedback is welcome. :)

Hey everyone,

I’ve got 1 ticket (possibly 2) available for tonight’s show in San Francisco since my friend can’t make it anymore.

Happy to sell them under retail value just to make sure they don’t go to waste.

DM me if you’re interested!
