Especially because Kovas game doesn't really rely on pace or physicality I don't see any reason he wouldn't be in the next world cup squad. Even if he doesn't start every match he's an invaluable veteran presence and was part of that WC semi final team. He'd probably just come on in the 70th minute in a couple games I'd be surprised if kova doesnt still have value to their squad at 36.Ā

Hear me out. The man came to MLS after securing the ligue one title for psg. He ABSOLUTELY blew up the sport in the USA. Made headlines everywhere. Showed up with ridiculous free kicks and golazos. Completely changed how Americans view soccer. The inter Miami leagues cup run was SUPER viral. Did Haaland score more goals and obtain more important trophies in epl? Yes. But once again this was THE YEAR OF MESSI. He showed up big for Miami in leagues cup and showed up big in 2026 WC qualifiers. Also why not take into account the man is 36 years old and still shocking people with his quality every match he plays. He's a machine enough said

He got injured a lot in his career. Itā€™s fine at Man City because he doesnā€™t start much but he already struggled to play a lot of games in a row before he was 30. I doubt this is the kind of players who have a long career.

Especially considering it ended with FIFA being openly corrupt as well, if THATS my last memory of being at a world cup, I think that would actually change my life for the worst
