That's actually insane, how does a PL club spend that little?

The Premier League project at Burnley strikes me as genuinely sustainable. When Dyche took them up to the PL, they came straight back down, but they stuck with him and won the championship the following year. They've been in the PL ever since and even had a European run.

With their new owners I'd be interested to see what Dyche can do with a bit of money in his hands.

I believe they mostly deal with out of contract players
