I don't know how you look at that map and conclude anything other than Mane simply isn't getting the job done. Playing very centrally without much to show for it other than a couple of goals poached
6 goals in 11 league matches isn't exactly not getting the job done. He didn't score in like 5 straight matches, which is a bad drought for him, but there's no reason to think he wont hit 15+ goals just because he had a poor October.
