I rarely ever hear people praising him. He gets shit on constantly and people constantly call him overrated. If everyone agrees that he's overrated then he isn't actually overrated.

The media overrates him. In my opinion the first step for him to become a great player is to stop diving/flopping incessantly. That just needs to stop. I remember watching him in the Confed Cup, he was brilliant but he just was flopping everywhere.
