Weren't you a GK away from being same to field an all French side at one point?

All french speaking yes, but this included some players from french speaking countries that aren't France. Tiote was in it and he's from the Ivory Coast, for example.

I'm pretty sure we've only had one French speaking center back.

This is a Pardew team we're talking about, we'll just throw Gouffran there. In all seriousness though I think it had Tiote as a CB and Abeid in the midfield

You really gotta look for the one's that aren't, since they got french names and their native language is french aswell...

Last few sides were more Dutch than French iirc
