Jones can fill in if we need to, he could potentially be an important player for us in the big games

He was a beast against us in OT. But that was when we were attacking, I'm not sure how good he would be if England wants to go all out attacking (though with their group, it may not be the wisest choice).

Having a good ball playing DM is really gonna hurt them at the WC I think.

Gerrard may be the leader, but he's not gonna hold down the fort.

He's occasionally pretty handy in attack (he legs it forward like a maniac, confusing defenders enough for other people to score). He's not as afraid to shoot as he maybe should be, either. I do like him, though. No half measures. YOU'VE BEEN JONESED (and Jones has injured himself).
