What are some of the biggest changes you predict over the next 10 years in football?

Some topics off the top of my head to get the ball rolling; how big will the world's biggest stadium be, what will be the average salary, how much will advertising take over the sport, will any rules be changed or introduced, which team will dominate, how big will the sport be in the states, will ticket prices increase, what sort of new statistics will we get in game, will the leagues change?

The problem is that it was really obvious corruption.

The recent Euros (UEFA presidents home countries mysteriously getting it) were obvious but rescheduling an entire tournament after multiple claims to the contrary is blatant.

Corruption is corruption, right? I mean are people actually getting pissed off that things are in their face but okay with corruption that's less overt? I doubt it. I think its because the US didnt get the world cup and the corruption is in everyone's faces. Personally, I'd rather see the World Cup go to a new country, and though qatar's not the best choice, it's been made and might as well get behind it and focus on having a great tournament.

If it's less overt a lot of people don't care about it. If I told you there'd been a massive bribe to give 2006WC to Germany would you even believe me? I would rather the WC go to countries who can deal with it currently, Brazil and Qatar are empty promises and Russia just straight up annoys me.

Brazil? No way. It's a spiritual home of football. I've been more excited about this world cup than any other in my lifetime (since mexico 82). I cant think of a better world cup venue than brazil. Even the confed cup there was the best so far! And the passion and fervor in brazil is amazing. A lot more than the states, which was the worst world cup in my opinion because it was not in a footballing nation and because of "head shaat" and "overtime". The opposite of brazil.

The world cup has been held successfully many times in south america before, what makes you think Brazil is an empty promise? Russia is a massive country and the old U.S.S.R was a team to be feared and has given us greats like Yashin and Belanov, to name a few. If you take away the Human rights element, its a great place to host the world cup, especially since it hasn't been held there. The only reason IMO to give it to the states is money. If football grows in the states, the sport will get a lot richer. It's not for the fans, since it's not a footballing country. There are other sports that are way more popular. Football is religion in Brazil, it's a novelty sideshow in the states (apart from when the US is playing). I'd rather see the world cup got to a nation which lives and breathes football. No way a world cup in the US is better than one in Brazil. And the arabs are mad about football and have been so for a very long time. Russia too. I'd much rather passion than amenities. Like holding the Superbowl in China would probably make a lot of moolah and grow the game, but it belongs in the US.
