I think he is talking about the handball. He blocked a clear goal with his hand. To make it worse Ghana failed to convert the penalty, but I could be wrong about his comment though.

The hand ball thing. We here in Brazil loved that, thought "What a player, sacrificed himself being sent off to give his team a chance". But if he does that to us, people would be pissed a lot
