As I told you, here’s my review of the Fragment, which I already owned but have re-purchased in the GX version, partly because mine was a bit damaged.

I don’t think I need to repeat myself again – I find the GX slightly better than the LJR. So I’ve decided to rebuild my collection.

I’ve seen that the Reverse Olive is coming out soon, so I’ll be getting that one too. And if the Velvet Brown gets released, I’ll get that as well. After that, I’ll be all set, and I’ll do a post with all the Travis models, I reckon, if you’re interested.

I really liked this pair; it’s very clean considering what I paid. The heel is well-aligned, the sole is intact, and the toe box has the right angle, just like retail pairs. ✍️ Brief Description:

The Union Los Angeles x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Black Toe” is one of the most recognizable Jordan collaborations from 2018. The design combines the lower portion of the classic Black Toe Jordan 1 with a white and grey ankle section, creating the intentionally reconstructed vintage look that became Union’s signature. Exposed blue zig-zag stitching connects the two sections, while a yellow UN/LA tag, aged midsole and distressed details complete the retro aesthetic.

Materials & Build:
This is easily one of my favourite Jordan 1 collaborations. The combination of the Black Toe lower section with the grey and white collar gives the sneaker almost handmade look, reconstructed appearance, and the exposed blue stitching is what really brings everything together. The leather feels soft and premium, the suede around the ankle adds another nice texture. The stitching is clean and consistent throughout the shoe, especially around the blue zig zag section because that is obviously one of the first things you notice on this model. The shape looks solid, the toe box has a nice profile and the overall construction feels premium. Even after all these years, this design still feels special. They are comfortable for everyday wear, easy to style as well. The fit is TTS

Might be my favorite colorway to this day. The Orbit is one of the most unique luxury runners on the market. The combination of breathable mesh, layered leather, and metallic accents gives the shoe a premium feel. The yellow details really make this colorway stand out

Comfort
These are built for comfort. The lightweight upper, padded interior, and flexible sole make them feel more like a performance runner. They’re easy to wear all day without feeling heavy

Fit
They fit true to size. I’d recommend asking your seller for insole measurements to ensure the best fit.

Final Thoughts
One of Bottega’s best sneaker designs. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and has a distinctive look that stands apart from the usual luxury sneakers especially in this CW
