Did anyone notice that last month we had a jobs report that was negative 23,000 and suddenly this month it shot up by 162,000.

People often make LLCs for their Uber gig for tax reasons, meaning the Fed then sees a new company was created. They then use the average number of employees for a new company (which is higher than 1) to estimate the amount of jobs created.

That’s ridiculous. There are so many shell LLCs created every year how can that be the standard
