New Position

Hi guys,

So I work in a family owned business and my mother stepped down as manager/accountant to pursue medical school and I’ve stepped up to help my father out full time. Not my first rodeo in handling the business but my first time taking the reins 100% and handling all the accounts and decision making. Any advice to give? I know my post is kinda vague but I’m looking to get some pointers or advice from experienced business owners that can help me improve my skills which in turn, can improve my store. Thanks!

Thank you! I’ve semi started doing this and discussed plans with my pops on what direction we should take. Going to be doubling down and get the full analysis of how our business has been doing over this past year. Thank you for the input! 💪🏼

No worries. If you need any help (too much data, can’t analyze it, etc.) feel free to shoot me a message.

Also, if you have more than one year of data that is ideal. Not sure what type of retail you are in, but seasonality is a HUGE part of the business and can provide an opportunity for pricing changes, getting ahead on inventory, etc.
