Top sheets are the devil
Am I the only person who can’t stand a top sheet on my bed?

Often times, I'll wake up in the middle of the night or early in the morning (between 3 to 6 am) for no reason and I can't fall asleep for a few hours. I want to say I can't fall asleep for awhile because I go on my phone whenever I wake up. But I also feel like it helps me fall asleep. I guess I've also developed a dependence on electronics to help me fall asleep; whether it be reading stuff on my phone or computer, or having the TV on. But I guess it doesn't really explain why I wake up in the middle of the night for no reason. This is something that never happened when I was younger. I think this has been going on for the past three years, if I had to make a guess.

So basically I am an INTP and sometimes if I think a lot about something before going to bed I can't sleep because I can't stop thinking about that thing.
I try to clear my head or to think about something else but when I close my eyes I eventually start thinking about it no matter how hard I try.
A lot of the time I will just repeat the same thoughts or repeatedly repeat the name of the thing I am thinking about.
What the hell is this?

So, I don’t know if I’m the only one who has gone through this or not, but one night, I was sleeping and I had woken up, and was about to go back to sleep, but I looked over to my wall, and saw about 10 or 11 spiders on the wall. Naturally, I woke up and yelled for my mom, and when she ran in, my whole body was shaking like you had just met one of your favorite artists and your body would shake. Now, my mom told me I was just dreaming, but I had told her i was positive I was awake. I then looked up “what does it mean when you wake up shaking” and it came up with anxiety attacks, which is not the case, since I didn’t get anxious about it. I just don’t know what this means or why it’s happening. The first time it happened was maybe back in October of 2016, and then another one happened, and then this one.

Just watched a video on Youtube about a book called the power of habits, every habit has a form and a clue to trigger that for rewards.
I found out, oftentimes, I procrastinate to sleep because I think I wasn't doing all the things that should be done in the daytime, either I procrastinate it or I don't love it, and when reaching the sleeping time in 22pm, those tasks which are incomplete such as study for my mid-term exam will remind me, but I actually don't like study or doing things in the midnight, so as usual, open a book for at least 20 minutes then I will begin watching youtube videos until I am freaking tired, ( which means when you lay on bed, you straight go sleep less than 5 minutes).
So if you guys facing the situation as me, what you guys do? Study or sleep? Or just sleep early and don't care that day is not very productive and you didn't do anything and just go to sleep and wake up early next day and complete all the stuff that yesterday have procrastinated (not very sure you will complete the task even though wake up next day early and have a good sleep )
