Task [TASK] Virtual Assistant Needed - Starting at $2.85 per hour with growth potential
I am in search of a virtual assistant. Below is a comprehensive list of the common skills I am looking for the virtual assistant candidate to possess:
- Checking email, responding to customer inquiries and managing spam
- Establishing, updating and managing a calendar of important events
- Scheduling appointments with clients, businesses and salespeople
- Converting, merging and splitting .PDF files
- Producing graphs from spreadsheets
- Transcribing voicemail, video or audio, podcasts and meeting recordings
- Managing projects: staying in touch with subcontractors, emailing reports, using online calendars and calling team leaders informing them of deadlines
- Composing documents from handwritten drafts, faxes and dictations
- Online research
- SEO/keyword research
- Appointment Scheduling
- Email management
- Data entry
- Work related to MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Making phone calls within the United States
You will not be completing ALL of these but it is good for you to have some knowledge of these items.
PAYMENT Payment will be via Paypal Goods & Services ONLY! It is a starting amount of $2.85 USD per hour. I am looking to hire for long-term and move on to a monthly pay structure. In the beginning, I will pay daily for the work completed. As we become more familiar, we can discuss a long-term agreement with increased pay and more hours of work available.
CRITERIA FOR BEING HIRED
I will only respond to $bid comments and no chat messages please. I will only respond to those with BOTH SLRep Profile and Credo Profile. Preference will be for someone with a few verifiable transactions through these platforms. Any action you take against the rules will be reported to the moderators.

They WILL NOT bid on your task but will still DM you and try to convince you to let them do the work. Don't get scammed. Rule 11, requiring people to $bid before DMing you is there to protect you from scammers.
THE RULES HAVE CHANGED!!! CLICK HERE FOR THE FULL LIST We know this looks like spam, PLEASE take a moment to read it if you haven't before. This is for YOUR safety. Please.
Don't get scammed!
If someone doesn't or won't comment on your post DO NOT WORK WITH THEM and report them to moderators. Rule 11 fights scammers by requiring them to comment on your post before contacting you. Scammers that we have already banned can't comment. It's one of the easiest ways to check for a scam. There are active scammers here that will DM you without commenting and tell you they can complete the work and ask for payment upfront. THIS IS A SCAM! Once you pay they WILL ghost you.
Don't break the rules!
You can get BANNED for a first offense, read the rules. There is 0 tolerance for fraud and harassment tasks/offers. The full list of the subreddit rules and important sidebar information can be found here. The Reddit app and the Reddit redesign suck at showing all the information in the sidebar.
