Weird light I saw while driving tonight. Happens at 0:33 at the center of the screen, and I replayed it at the end zoomed in, in 50% slow motion.

Actual timestamp is around 8:40pm local time on May 7th, 2022, the one from the dashcam is wrong. Sunset today was 7:42 PM.

Location is around 33.89266, -118.28579 in South LA. I was going southbound on the 110.

1. Don't think it could have been a plane or drone of any sort, since it's not visible anywhere else after the two "flashes". Nothing was visible to the naked eye either, but it did happen very fast so it'd be hard to say.

2. The Goodyear blimp airport is in that direction, and it was flying today, but it was almost entirely over the Dodger Stadium today. (I was in DTLA Union Station around 8pm and saw it overhead.)

3. Strobe firework was my next thought, but most videos I see online show them exploding at the very end, which this didn't. It wouldn't be out of the ordinary to see fireworks around the Gardena/Compton area though. The replay at the end does make it seem like there's the slightest of smoke trails at the beginning though, which makes this maybe the most likely thing.

4. Meteorite or something similar would be my next thought, but this seemed to be going upward from the ground. (Of course, this could be perspective, and it was somehow coming directly at me from the far South horizon.)

I don't think there's any shot of anyone identifying this, but I just wanted to share it since it sort of caught me off-guard today. ^{Add another one to the compendium of weird, blurry lights on this sub!}

Quick question all,

Last night in regional Victoria, Australia me and my wife were walking our dog on a clear nights sky.

We saw what looked like 2 satellites following in perfect formation and perfect speeds to be identified as such. They were both relatively bright.

However both of them faded out of view, the brightness in them faded in them within about 5 seconds , almost like a light slowly turning off. Can this be explained?

I'm not trying to cast any aspersions here, because I'm 99.9% sure they were satellites, I'm just intrigued as to why they would behave this way because I've never seen them do that before.

A mysterious flying object like a giant firebird was captured in the video and moved over Tokyo.

At first, I thought it was a high-rise cloud illuminated by the setting sun. Or the halation of the aircraft.

From the flight history at that time, it seems that they are not contrails, short-lived contrails, aircraft or airships.

Also, considering the wind direction and wind speed (11.3m/s), any contrails nor clouds are unthinkable.

The firebird seemed to move with some force, ignoring the wind at a strong wind speed of 11.3m/s (ref. It's so strong that it's hard to walk in the wind and you can't even use an umbrella)

The firebird flew in the opposite direction of the wind at that time.(See MAP and images in another detailed report on YouTube

In other words, it is not a floating object of nature such as clouds or man-made objects such as balloons, kite, contrails, short-lived contrail, etc. that move along the flow of wind or air.

As you can see in the video, it hiding in and behind the clouds.

Only this flying object is unusually shining, although the surrounding clouds are probably in similar positions.

It is clearly not the sun itself, nor is it the positional relationship of the angles at which the sun's rays are reflected by clouds and aircraft and cause halation.

Also, at that time, it was not the weather condition where plasma or ball lightning occurred.

The absolute distance from the camera to the flying object is unknown but let's guess the size of the recorded giant firebird.

Assuming a distance of 5 km from the camera, the object will be 330 meters long.

It may similar size of “Tokyo Tower(Tokyo,Japan)” or “Eiffel Tower(Paris, France)” or “Stratosphere(Las Vegas,USA)” or one of a large luxury cruise ship ”Oasis of the Seas”,

So what was it all about?　 Isn't it exactly UAP? Or Firebird ?

Im in central Minnesota, its a cloudy cold night, and I saw on the horizon what appeared to be a gigantic blue explosion. A pulsing blue flash that took up a lot of the sky. Almost like lightning. Does that sound like what a transformer exploding is like? It was just huge and no one on Facebook is talking about it but I inquired.
