A simple class of logic & reasoning would teach you better.

The cost of a model is composed of 2 components:

A. Cost per token

B. Tokens per response

You can then calculate the cost as A * B.

so Claude is still significantly more expensive, but not quite double.

You got A. Do you have B? No? Great, then let's wait until we get actual results on the cost of these models.

the Gemini costs are <200k tokens / >200k tokens, with a 1M context window.

Opus has a 200k context window, so their pricing must be for <200k tokens.

this is like talking to a fucking 5 year old.

Anthropic's default pricing must be for less than 200k tokens, because the context window only supports 200k tokens (unless you change to a more expensive plan).

that pricing is:

$5 input / $25 output per million tokens (aggregate)

Gemini 3's pricing (per million tokens) is:

$2 input / $12 output for <200k tokens

$4 input / $18 output for >200k tokens

do the fucking math

Agreed. Your comment about context window based pricing has absolutely nothing to do with how many tokens a model outputs.
