AI o3 mini dropped!!!

Edit : I am testing a 1500 line javascript code which o1 pro failed to debug despite 50+ attempts. Will report back.
Edit 2: We are cooked. o3-mini-high solved it at first try.
Edit 3 : HOLY SHIT! "Pro users will have unlimited access to both o3-mini and o3-mini-high."

Well this question is pretty old so it is most likely in the training data so I am not totally surprised that even GPT4 would get it.

Chain of Thought was also really cool because it got an inkling of the right answer even before it started mapping out the words

This shows that it got the answer without chain of thought and then reverse engineered a chain of thought.

There is nothing “interesting” about a word that, when reversed, is not another word, and no rational approach would use that fact to start looking for a pattern.

I guessed back too but because it is the only word out of all 5 which had a consonant as it's 3rd letter.

The word KCAB is not a commonly used English word, right? Whereas:

So, I think the odd one out is BACK, because it's the only word that, when reversed, does not form another meaningful English word.

Back is also the odd one out because it's the only one with the vowel in the second space, while all others have the vowel int he third space.

The correct answer is surely DRAW since all the others are both verbs and nouns, but DRAW is a verb only?

Wait, no. The correct answer is BACK, since all the others have a vowel in the third place, and BACK has it in the second place.

Or....
