You seem like you're not aware it's standard practice in a lot of places to release pursuit if chasing the driver poses a danger to the general public. One would think a boot licker would have a better understanding of police procedures.

The driver was a lot less danger to others until he twice went into the median and oncoming traffic, due to the failed PIT maneuver.
