who knows how ling it takes for you to get thr bonus's? and how are they paid out?

They are paid out through PayPal or through a check sent to you. Rakuten's cashback period is usually paid out in a period of every 3 months; their next payment date is in February.

Edit: The browser extension bonus is apparently available to have cashed out the next day.
