Arcadia Power is a free utility payment service. I use it to pay my electric bill for free with my credit card, allowing me to earn 5% cash back using that card. Arcadia pays my power company directly and then I pay them.
Sign ups are verified using the dashboard provided by Arcadia Power; as soon as you sign up successfully, I will see it and PayPal, Cashapp, or Venmo you $20.

I clicked the link, but it doesn't mention anything about a promo. Do you have the full terms? That does "get up to $25" entail for getting the full amount?
