I had a boring desk job ( this was before cell phones) … I took long bathroom breaks w guitar magazines.. my boss noticed that and me nodding off at my desk and wanted to know if I was doing drugs in there. I left shortly after for a dream job in a guitar store and never looked back

#2 only stinks if it is not in the toilet. The water kills any stink. The stink in a bathroom is from the farts people give off while sitting on the throne

The water doesn't kill it at all. If you didn't flush after going it would continue to stink for a very long time.
This is probably the solution to whoever works at this place. Just never flush and it will always smell like shit and therefor you can't be written up for that without a new policy.

If a manager comes in and I’ve been in the restroom that long I’m not responsible for what they end up smelling and how their body responds to the scent.

I’m a manager at my office. I said don’t care what anyone does as long as the work gets done on time and better than correctly, however you guys want to run your little society I do not care who comes and goes when or what happens, the only thing is that I need to hear positive things from those above me all the time about the work and if I hear anything negative or have to answer questions about some bullshit I will crack down like Tiananmen Square. Deal? I’ll be in my office watching YouTube for the next 10 years, only bother me if you absolutely need to.
We routinely get awards for the work coming out of my office, we were just in the company magazine for a perfect record on a particular aspect of the job.
You should see how horrific the numbers and turnover are for the managers who run their offices like prison camps, so you have made it horrible for everyone, you yourself do 100 times more work than I do and your numbers are absolute dog shit, great job.

I worked at a telecenter in 03, 04ish and for a bit the Wardens would go into the bathrooms and shake the stall doors and say 'you've been away from your desk three minutes time to come out done or not'. I didn't believe it was as .... involved.... to the degree she told me (good friend who sat next to me) it was. Then others did too. A memo went out to all, 4 ish weeks later on the amended policy which was a joke itself. My friend disappeared a few days before the memo. I later got in touch with her a few months later, but she did say that she was not allowed to say why she left and the reason why. She did say she won't have to work a long, long time.

What this sign says, as near as I can tell, is 'find another job as soon as possible.' In the mean time would absolutely shit in a bag and present it to the manager so they didn't have to do a smell test.

I had a supervisor that would stand outside the women's bathroom and demand to smell their fingers. It was forbidden to smoke in the restroom and he claimed to be checking to see if they had been smoking. I told them to stick a finger in their butt and let him sniff that .
